IN-KIND CONTRIBUTION for the John Trigg Ester Library
This form is an agreement between __________________________________________ (business or individual, hereinafter referred to as the Contributor)
and the John Trigg Ester Library Board of Directores (JTEL), in which the Contributor agrees to donate services, labor, or materials to the JTEL for the purposes of constructing a building/community center to house the John Trigg Ester Library.
The Contributor hereby promises to provide materials, labor or services (please be specific, indicating rate per hour, number of hours or amount of material, type of services, etc.):

The Contributor further agrees to provide the above within the first three (3) years from the commencement of groundbreaking, and as requested by the JTEL or its designated contractor. Once services are completed or the materials provided, the JTEL will provide a receipt for the dollar vallue of the services or materials rendered. The Contributor agrees to hold the JTEL, its officers, directors, members, and volunteers harmless for any injury, damage, or accident that may result from fulfilling the terms of this agreement. The Contributor undertakes any labor or services at the Contributor’s own risk, with the full knowledge that the JTEL is not providing Workman’s Compensation Insurance or other coverage except as required by law, the JTEL’s procurement policy, or the terms of the JTEL’s agreements with its contractor(s) or grant funders.
